Start your journey to a healthier, stronger you with Chandelier’s 4-week introductory program. Tailored for women of all fitness levels, this small group training is designed to help you tone up, increase endurance, lose weight, and boost your energy levels. Blending science and art, our approach focuses on building a solid foundation on cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, and nutrition. You’ll feel empowered in our supportive, result-driven environment as you progress toward your goals, leaving each session feeling energized and inspired to keep moving forward.
At Chandelier, we offer flexible membership options designed to meet you where you are. Whether you prefer the personalized attention of one-on-one personal training or the motivating energy of small group classes, we customize your experience based on your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Personal training sessions are approximately $120 per session, while small group training classes are approximately $40 per session, with a maximum of four clients per class to ensure individualized attention. Membership options include 4-week and 24-week programs, giving you the structure and accountability needed to create lasting results.
